Registration Process

Please complete your registration as early as possible so that we can address any inquiries or issues that may arise.

Registration opens on December 1st, 2024 and closes on January 18th, 2025.

As in previous years, registration will be online via Music Festival Suite. To log into your account (or create an account) and add/review/pay for your festival registrations go to https://pamf.musicfestivalsuite.com/

Registration Guide for Duets

Registration Assistance Day

Saturday January 18th, 2025 from 12:00 to 5:00 PM at the Prince Albert Public Library.

Please attend if you require assistance with registration. Bring your registration information (i.e. class number, composer’s name, arranger’s name, opus, title, and length of piece in seconds).

We strongly advise attending this session if you have had difficulty registering in the past.

Registration Fees

Solo – $20.00
Duets – $25.00
Small Ensembles – $30.00
Large Ensembles – $50.00

Entry Fees are non-refundable.

2025 Discipline Dates & Awards Concerts

Piano:  March 3-5
Vocal, Choral, Musical Theatre:  March 13-15
Instrumentals (including strings):  March 6-7

Band:  March 17-21


Piano Awards Concert:  Friday, March 7 @ 7pm

Voice & Choral Awards Concert:  Friday, March 21 @7pm 
Band & Instrumental Awards Concert: Saturday, March 22 @2pm

Scholarship Requirements

To be eligible for scholarships two entries must be performed using the following guidelines: 
Piano: One of the two entries may be a duet.
Vocal/Musical Theater: These two disciplines will be considered as one. Participation in a choir is not counted as an entry towards vocal scholarships.
Band/Choir: Only one entry, consisting of two selections, is required. 
Instrumental: Only one of the two entries may be a duet, trio, or quartet.

Scholarship winners are awarded at the discretion of the adjudicator. Scholarships and awards may be redirected depending on classes entered/not entered and the number of entries in each area.
Only the winner and runner-up in each class will be marked numerically. The other competitors will be given a rating only.
Participants receiving awards or scholarships are expected to be present at the respective Awards Concert.
